I have never had that particular one before, but I have had many like it. Either way it sounds like my kind of cocktail, with only three ingredients. I like ‘em clean and simple where one can easily control the flavors and use each particular ingredient as enhancers of the spirit used, rather than using many different ingredients to create something unique all on its own. Don’t get me wrong, I will from time to time have a cocktail which doesn’t have whiskey and which uses lots of ingredients, but I will always prefer a good classic whiskey based cocktail over some new “cocktail of the week.”
