Thank you! And no, I wouldn’t say I am an avid absinthe drinker. Last time I had absinthe was at St. George distillery - great product. It’s something I would like to explore more - possibly one of the most unique alcoholic beverages to experiment with by the addition of water. Last summer while I was in Europe I really started to enjoy pastis, which is somewhat similar in that it is produced with anise.
